Our Pitt off campus housing community’s leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Our leasing office is closed on Sundays.

An individual housing contract is per-bed. Residents sign a housing contract for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows residents to live with roommates without having to worry about whether their roommates are going to pay their monthly installments on time.

For your convenience, we allow monthly installments to be paid online.
Monthly installments are due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 3rd. Late fees for unpaid monthly installments begin on the 4th of each month.
